I think we are just beginning to hear about this young lady. She has a very bright future ahead of her. Karen is very cut and muscular when doing fitness competitions, but she shows a softer side in regular photo shoots.

This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, fitness model and figure competitor Rachel Elizabeth Murray. Rachel got an early start in life, she began lifting weights with her mom when Rachel was in the seventh grade. But she didn't only get inspiration from her mom, her dad was a triathlete as well. Rachel is not only a figure competitor and personal trainer, she also rock climbs, does mountain biking, kickboxing, yoga, and a lot more! And this five foot seven, 134 pound, blonde haired, green eyed beauty just placed third (Class D, Figure) at the NPC 2009 NPC Washington Ironman Championships.
This lovely young lady is figure competitor and fitness model Noemi Olah. She was born on December 26, 1986 in Hungary. You will most likely be hearing a lot more about Noemi, not just because she is drop dead gorgeous, but because she just took first place at the 2010 IFBB Arnold Amateur International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships, Medium Bikini.
Of course Noemi is no stranger to the spotlight. In 2005 she won Miss Hungary 2005 and in 2006 she was first runner up at Miss World Hungary.

This striking young lady is Anna Tkachenko, aka Sasha Anna Brown or just Sasha Brown. Whatever you call her, this five foot six, one hundred and twenty two pound fitness beauty from the Ukraine is a NPC figure competitor, ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness model. And she has studied Jujutsu for over six years. You know I keep expecting to see a sudden surge of female fitness stars going into MMA, but that hasn't happened....yet. Besides fitness, Sasha has a degree in computer science and business management. And is looking to get more degrees in kinesiology and sports nutrition. In her second NPC figure competition, Sasha took first place and overall.

Asian fitness beauty Chisato Mishima was (and as far as I know still is ) the first Japanese aerobic athlete to compete in the IFSB Ms. Fitness and IFBB Ms. Fitness Professional female fitness competitions. She was born in Nagoya, Japan on November 17, 1967. Chisato was always big in sports, becoming a Japan national gymnastics champion during high school. After graduating with a degree in sociology, she moved to Tokyo and became went into teaching fitness training at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium. During the first half of the nineties, she became one of Japan's top aerobic competitors. Around 1995, she moved to London to compete in the European Ms. Fitness women's fitness competition. While she was in London, she coached several top English and European bodybuilders and taught aerobics at the famous Earls Court Gym. Chisato qualified for the World Championships to be held in the U.S. and moved to San Diego in 1997. After competing there, she visited Nice in the South of France to represent Japan in the Ms. Fitness Olympia. Upon getting her degree in exercise physiology, Chisato moved back to Nagoya. Then, after retiring from fitness competition, she became a Jodo Instructor at the Haruyoshi Kobudo Dojo in Nagoya, Japan. Okay, I didn't misspell Judo there...Jodo is a Japanese martial art using short staffs, similar to bÅjutsu.

I did a couple of write ups on the beautiful Vietnamese model Tianna Ta over at my Beautiful Asian Women blog awhile back. But now Tianna has become an IFBB Bikini Pro, so that moves this lovely 24 year old into the fitness category. Tianna is five foot six, weighs 112 pounds and her measurements are 32-24-34. Before showing up in the IFBB bikini contests, she was a Maxim Magazine Hometown Hottie and a Hot Import Nights model.
In 2009, she won Class D at the NPC National Bikini competition in Hollywood Florida and got her IFBB Bikini Pro Card. Tianna also came in first at the 2009 New England Championships (B Class) and 3rd place at the 2009 Team Universe (D Class).
As of December 1, 2009, Tianna was ranked 17 on the IFBB Pro Bikini Ranking List.
Korean female bodybuilder Mi-Hee Yu is very popular on this blog, so here's some more about her. As I have mentioned before, this 5' 2½", 112-pound all natural bodybuilder got up to 176 pounds after the birth of her daughter and she wanted to lose weight so she took up bodybuilding.

Okay, I know this one is a little different, but India is technically part of Asia and I don't have a blog called "Indian Fitness Women" so here is the first Indian fitness model I remember seeing, Amrit Dhaliwal. Amrit has a lot of nicknames..."The Canadian Corporate Chic", "Punjabi Femme Fatale", "India’s First Fitness Bikini Model" and "Canada’s Best Import". Again...what are they putting in the water in Canada? Besides basically doing it all, there's a rumor that the lovely Amrit maybe looking at a Bollywood career. (Actually I keep seeing her listed as a Bollywood actress, but I can't find any films she has appeared in. Anyone out there have any information on that?)
